Hazardous Waste Management Program 2023 Legislative and Regulatory Priorities
In 2021, the Hazardous Waste Management Program updated its comprehensive Management Plan, seeking public comment and input from community members around King County throughout the process. This is the approved and final plan.
This report recaps the second year of a pilot program between Haz Waste Program and our partner Mother Africa, a community-based organization, to raise awareness about the effects of using and disposing of household hazardous materials among immigrant and refugee families from Africa and the Middle East.
