Note that the Home Collection staff does not collect other special wastes such as latex paint, tires, electronics, or medications.
Dear Customer,
Hazardous Waste Management Program is suspending home pick up services due to health concerns related to COVID-19. The safety of our customers and staff is our priority. We are following the guidelines from Public Health – Seattle & King County to protect our workers and community. This is a short-term change to our services. Please hold on to your items. Store them safely following the instructions on the labels. As this situation resolves, we will bring back the services.
Thank you for your patience as we monitor and respond to this rapidly evolving situation. If you would like to be notified when services are available again, please contact us at haz.waste@kingcounty.gov or 206-296-4692.
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Closed on holidays.
